How to calculate incineration of countries?

So, is there a way to calculate the strength of attacks, like magic spells or dragons breathing fire, when they are stated to be powerful enough to scorch or incinerate entire countries? I guess the energy output needed for such moves?

Unfortunately, as far am I concern, we don’t have fix value for destruction of a country or countries. If it is continent or surface wiping feat, we have ways for that. Unless, that is, we have ways to calculate size for the country then you may have a start to calculate energy for its destruction.

Uhhh, not sure... You mean setting the thing on fire to where everything is burnt?
