There are a lot more factors than just gravity and time

Also, isn't only King Kai's planet have that 10 times Earth's Gravity thing? Since Goku could run along Snake Way in the Afterlife before adapting to 10 times Earth's gravity with no issues

I would say he'll probably be around ToP Humans level by now, but I'm not sure
