how strong is Paella compared to instant death Characters

She never fought Gods on par with UEG or anything remotely similar. Even if you include the "Demon God" of one of the short story, it's too vague to give a definite level sadly. She's said to be the strongest, however, and technically speaking it could be possible that one specific scene proves this, but it's more of a guess and assumption rather than a straight-up truth.
She is strong enough to bypass the laws of the UEW though, so in terms of sheer existence, she's definitely stronger than a lot of people, Gods included. I remember she casually killed one of them without even looking also.
I would personally say that she's stronger than Yogiri and that Yogiri's power wouldn't work on her, but that's my opinion on it. If you were asking in terms of AP tiering, I think she should be around Multi-SS from what I recall, but I may be forgetting some events.
