How powerful is White Tanooki Mario?

I heard that White Tanooki Mario is only weak to lava and that it lasts forever.

What tier would Mario be if he uses the White Tanooki Suit?

Lots of Sonic fans say that Super Sonic can teleport White Tanooki Mario into Lava since Super Sonic and Super Shadow used Chaos Control to teleport the ARK back into orbit in Sonic Adventure 2.

What do you admins think?

I know that Hyper Sonic is non canon but he's superior to Super Sonic so he can teleport White Tanooki Mario into lava easily or near the sun.
