How much stronger are the Sentai than their PR counterparts?

I read on the PR verse page: "although not as strong as their sentai counterparts". So how much stronger is the sentaiverse?
 
Ever told me that Sentai has a villain that can destroy multiple universes rather casually. Forget who he was though, but I think it was the Sentai equivalent of Mystic Force ("Mahou Sentai Magiranger").

Other then that, no idea.
