How much power does it take to crack open a hole in space time physically, & what AP?

Recently, I have taken up the mantle of my own accord to do the rest of the Under Night In-Birth verse. But one thing on my mind is how Phonon and her whip can crack a hole in space time with her whip/Snake/thing (?). As a question, how much power does it require for one to break a hole in the fabrics of space this way? I'll assume we're dealing with 3D Space for this one.

I don't suppose there is an AP for this?
