If a character has 250 PL in his first form and 450 PL in his second form..... how much is the PL upgrade?

PL is not an standarized unit, so, it doesn't mean anything without context.

The AP of 250 Damage is Small Building level+

I wanna know which tier could be the 450 unit in Damage

If these "PL" measures strength, and they are comfirmed to be linear, that would mean that 450 PL is 1.8 times higher than 250 PL. But naturally, you would need proof for that, cuz PL without context do not means anything, it could be power supply, a mean value of several conditions, etc.

No, es acerca de Dino Crisis. Australis es mas fuerte que el Tyrannosaurus Rex (Dino Crisis), el cual es Small Building+ entonces mi cuestionamiento es que tier debe ser el Australis..
