How much does a mansion weigh?

Like, I was making a character that, when under great stress or adrenaline rush, can lift up and move an entire mansion or skyscraper. A massive feat of strength! I don't know how to calculate that, so can someone give me a rough take on how strong a guy would be to do something like that? I know Empire State Building weighs around 365000 tons and I assumed mansions are similar in mass, but I don't know really.

"Rules of thumb around the construction industry are 200 pounds per square foot for a single-level home, 275 for two levels and 350 for three levels. This figure is predicated on no heavy features such as tile roofing or extensive masonry work, but includes foundation"

The playboy mansion A mansion I found had a floor area of 22000 square feet. Assuming that floor area and 3 floors the weight in pounds would be 350*22000 = 7700000 pounds, or 3500 tons.

Of course they can get a lot bigger.
