• Timeframe 1 = 3.336├ù10^-9 seconds
• Velocity = 300,000,000 meters/second, or lightspeed

Assuming you can punch a distance of 1 meter in that given timeframe, this allows you to perform 300,000,000 punches in a second, since you would need to punch that number of times in order to cover 300,000,000 meters.

If the punch is greater than 1 meter, just divide the answer that I obtained by the actual arm length.

You should be able to obtain the number of punches made per second without problems.

Speed still remains constant as well.
