How long is DnD's 1 action in real time?

I see. So to cast magic one round long, a magician need 6 seconds to prepare the spell?

Don't remember if the time vary due the spell, right now I just remember about breaking concentration.

Depends on the spell. Most are an action, which is sort of just the equivalent of time as flicking a sword about or aving your hand. Some are less than that.

A round is six seconds according to the player's handbook. Some spells have a minimum time limit to be cast. Like if a spell takes one minute to cast, then the caster would need to wait ten rounds before they could cast it.

Now one action in a round is unquantifiable outside of "Can do things in six seconds".
