I have seen someone told that if a character can withstood they own weight then they can lift the same weight as well.

For example, a guy weight 70kg can lift another person with 70kg. Is this true?

Well iirc LS isn’t just physically lifting an object with your hands either
I believe it’s based off how much weight one can withstand and give
So there isn’t just one criteria for it

Honestly the large size calculations page says "LS is the weight they lift besides their body mass" but i think that just confuses people because is clearly wrong, you have to be able to lift your own weight.

If you are shown moving freely, it should be fine to assume you can lift something as heavy as you
