How is the dmc verse Low 1-C (after peak of combat)

There probably is a simple answer to this, but anyway since I'm not really sure thought I'd ask.

So the dmc verse was 1-C from this thread where basically the underworld was stated to be a 1-C realm since the realm is a 9D realm which qualifies for 1-C. But then peak of combat feats were being removed since the game kept on changing and it was in beta here, which lead to everything 1-C becoming Low 1-C. Though I'm not quite sure how things became Low 1-C since thats stated to be universes with "5 and 6-dimensional real coordinate spaces" or universes with higher levels of infinity, which can't find anything which suggest this for dmc/underworld.

1-C DW needed to have more proof aside from 9-D Souls, that proof comes in the form of the relationship of the DW and HW.
It was also discussed in quite a lot of threads. (keep in mind those threads still have PoC stuff within but that's cuz they're old, just ignore everything that's from PoC and focus mainly on the relationship between DW and HW)

ohhhh so like the demon world is like low 1-C because its like infinity bigger than the human world or something?

About the 9d scaling,was the demon world 9d because the souls created by it were 9d?
