Looking at the powers listed, she should be "At least Low 2-C" or "2-C" based on what she has actually shown, at best. (Universal reality warping. She reset the world, as listed in her abilities.) She shouldn't have acausality, though.
The page could probably use a cleanup. It's hard to follow and doesn't really provide much reasoning, at least not where it should be putting it (next to the stats).

No. This verse has a special metaphysical dimension, which is able to manifests human's subconsciousness as different metaphysical worlds.
But I'm not sure this personal world can be endless or not. So, if those worlds are not endless - then we have only 2 universes in this verse. It's 2-C. If they are endless - then we have a big number of universes in this verse. It's 2-B.
