how is it like for a 10-B human to enter an outerversal realm?

I think it usually depends on how the exact nature of the realm is written. Usually entering an outerversal realm is accompanied by witnessing an entity from an Outerversal realm that induces madness or fear. Others usually make it so that you literally cannot exist in it due to the sheer power of it.
