How fast is this?

If he runs as fast as lightning that's mhs+. If he's so fast that the lightning appears slow to him, that would probably be "at least mhs+" if the feat is only given in a written description. If it were in a visual medium then it would have to be calced.

Consequently, Alec leisurely landed at a spot where Godou had already run past. Yes. So-called god speed was actually not the ability to "move at high speed from Point A to Point B." Rather, it was the ability to "ridiculously shorten the time taken to travel from Point A to Point B." As a result, it was able to perform movements that were physically impossible. Well, the problem with this is the fact that Campione's god-speed (as described in the passage above) works by bending space to shorten the distance between two places. Thus it's not easily quantifiable in terms of speed.
As for the whole, seeing lightning in slow motion thing, according to this, a lightning bolt lasts anywhere between 10 to 50 microseconds. Perceiving that in slow motion would easily put you in the Massively Hypersonic range according to our Reactions page. I don't know about the upper limit though.

Thats what others told me but I'm not sure because like Reppuzan said God Speed in Campione is not easily quantifiable.Heres how It's explained in the novel
In reality, so-called god speed was not really the power of 'rapid movement' but an ability to shorten travel duration. Rather than 'moving from Point A to Point B at the speed of several hundred kilometres per hour,' it was the ability of 'moving from Point A to Point B in zero point something seconds.' Instead of physical acceleration, it was the power of distorting the traveling time required
Here are some other feats, Godou when using the Raptor is fast enought that he can see Luo Hao's movement in slow motion like shes moving 1 mm per second and the only way Luo Hao can hit him is by using the Minds Eye/Universal Eye
Luo Hao's pretty fast, a single attack from her looks like thousands spears were thrusting continously at once
Zhu Ganglie moved so quickly that afterimages were left behind. With such horrifying speed, the five weapons rained attacks down upon the Benevolent King without pause, making the three heads and six arms look like there were thirty heads and sixty arms, or even sixty heads and a hundred and twenty arms. However, the one who took on this intense barrage of attacks was the demonic cult leader, whose martial arts were simply divine. Unlike Zhu Ganglie who was circling around in arcs as he attacked, the glorious Benevolent King stood its ground without shifting his position while Luo Hao stood in the center of the circle wielding her spear. The Author of Campione! likes the word Lightning speed but here he repeatedly stated that the lasers are LS and the number of times he used the word Ligh speed lasers describing the lasers makes me think that its legit LS
And Sun Wukong speed>Godou
If the lasers are only Lightning speed then he could have easily dodge it, when Godou can dodge hundreds of divine lightnings(Lightnings that contains dozens of divine weapons from different myth) at close range while wounded and still manage to almost instantly reach Rama who is far away from him
