How fast is this?

Alright, so this character, who has been established as the fastest character in the series (or at least in that universe) after moving within frozen time, freely within a precognition, moved during a rewind, capable of moving freely during a skip (as in, say he's fighting Diavolo, this character would be 100% aware of the time skip and would remember the events skipped), was claimed to "somehow move beyond time itself" by the god of time, (and while in this verse, gods are just incredibly powerful users of their ability, chosen by the actual God of the universe, the god of time has consistently been shown to have complete control over time on a universal scale, and is even the source of timelines for that universe.

What speed would this character have? They're only 3-Dimensional, and they definitely at the very least have FTL reactions as they have effortlessly dodged beams of true light from the light diety (ambiguous in gender, said beams moved in a straight line and we're stated to move at the speed of light by multiple characters) and has only been tagged when they were struck by insane PIS (Dodges light....But is tagged by a knife being thrown)

Apparently, you cannot have infinite speed without naturally existing in a timeless void or immeasurable without being higher dimensional. Thus we have weird things like this which I'd classify in good faith as "Temporarily infinite". Since this character seems to be able to move independently of time but doesn't have "true" infinite speed.

This could also be qualified as hax which could justify such a bizzare speed rating.

You say he has FTL reactions. If that's so it would be ridiculous to give him any speed above FTL. I am well aware that you said "at least FTL reactions".

I think that it should be viewed case-by-case. Because our infinite speed requirements are now too strict and now we just give everyone MFTL+ when MFTL+ is not enough to even remotely move beyond time since everything moves through time, even something like let's say...a trillion times faster than light. In the end speed is measured using units of time.

Alright, I did think infinite speed was nonsense, and that this was most likely just hax

Were this before we changed our requirements for infinite speed, he would have it.

I'm honestly against infinite speed for this character anyway, the greatest speed feat in the entire verse was him seeing beams of light in slow motion, and there's a character stated to be faster (albeit, it's a fusion involving himself in which he initiates the fusion)
