So, it was stated someone can throw somebody at the highest speed a human can withstand, which is 4-6g (shown on google)
How fast is this?
 
"g" stands for gravity which is a constant of acceleration that is worth about 10m/s^2 supposing that throw means he was at rest then 4g to 6g would be 40m/s and 60m/s.
I dont remember the wiki stands on the actual value of gravity it can be 9.8 a more precise number if thats the case then it would be lower
 
The G-force that a human can withstand relates to acceleration, not speed. 'G' stands for gravitational acceleration, which is the acceleration due to Earth's gravity. At Earth's surface, this acceleration is approximately 9.81 m/s². So, if a human can withstand 4-6G, they can endure an acceleration 4 to 6 times the acceleration due to gravity. This would be around 39.24 m/s² to 58.86 m/s².
