Assuming 1 second as being "instant" then
20 037.5 km/s=20 037 500m/s or sub-relativistic+
Well this assuming that you have enough evidence for that not being a lie/outlier.

Well, i'm dealing with an omnipotent-like character who already made a lot of statements about quickly travelling the world, but this is the first time that a statement like this was made

Statements are dubious so it would be better if you had something else like a calc or a statement that puts him close to sub relativistic so as not to be taken as an outlier.

Idk what exactly 'instant' refering here, it may be taken some time like 1-2 sec, but mostly I have seen instant mean 0 time delay, if this is the later part then it would result in infinite speed , as travelling any distance with 0 time delay would result in infinite speed, and if there a even a lil delay then take @Suigetsuhyugs case
