Since usually interstellar is downplayed to Proxima Centauri
But I’m pretty sure you would be mftl+ even if the trip lasted a week

If you’re traveling to the nearest star, you need to travel in about 37.2 hours to be mftl+.

Thwre is no average in RL gor obvious reasons, and there is no average in fiction for less obvious reasons, you simply get the timeframe and done.
