How far into Low 2-C are dragon ball characters?

Pretty much the title. I've always thought that beerus, and anyone who scales to him are half of 2C, and as such are ridiculously high into Low 2C, but apparently, that's wrong.

I made this thread just to get a clarification of high they actually are. Thanks in advance!

From what I know, beerus and champa together can do a 2-C feat, Individually they would be half low 2-C, I don't know how that could be wrong so I am going to follow this.

Unquantifiably above baseline Low 2-C, but each GoD is at minimum able to destroy a universe + possesses half the amount of energy required to bypass the barrier on the 5th dimension. Being 2x stronger than the baseline GoD teir would make someone 2-C.

If this is true why isn't ultra instinct goku or jiren or broly or gogeta 2-C? They are all above the GoD tier there is no way they're less than 2 times that, example sign 3 goku was on the GoD tier along with jiren full power but then they both surpassed that by a lot with complete UI and hidden power jiren so why aren't they 2-C?

Something about it being too hypothetical that Beerus is "2x stornger than the average GoD" And Jiren and UI Goku only hinted as being likely stronger. Though, Antvasima thought SSB Gogeta should be 2-C and possibly Broly last I heard. I recall Antvasima personally thinking that SSB Gogeta should be roughly on par with Whis and Vados and AKM Sama also would like to upgrade Dragon Ball as would I, but it is especially Tier 2 stuff where we have to be extra strict when it comes to assuming tier jumps.

There are no assumptions going on here, like UI goku literally omega fodderized a beerus level opponent like whis did beerus, so if whis gets to have 2-C then IMO so should UI goku, jiren and others.

So they are above GoD level so possibly 2C is valid for me this also applied to LSSJ for fodder SSJ Gogeta and forced him to used SSJB to toy with him.
