How does creating a universe translate to AP and DC?

Now, it's one thing if we see said character manipulating the universe itself or destroying it outright. But what if the universal creation is the only feat that we see of that character and we don't see them perform any universal destruction or durability feats? How do we know the creation of the universe wasn't via hax or some other outside mean not applicable to combat?

We'd actually need proof for this whole "non-combat applicable hax" thing. Unless this character never uses any of their magical/whatever power in combat, it should scale to their other stats.

The thing I'm wondering tho is how universal creation translates to destruction and durablility if the universal creation is the only feat to go off in the first place. Like take for example character A creates a universe, but never manipulates or destroys the universe nor does he tank universal damage. How do we know that he has universal AP/DC if his only feat is a creation feat that isn't related to those two categories?

It's just the potency of your powers. We say "Attack" potency, but it's just because it's used in combat in this wiki.

Say you used your magic to create a planet. The energy needed to do such feat should scale to the energy you put in your spell in combat.

We don't use DC anymore.

But if a character has the AP AND range needed, there is no reason they shouldn't be able to destroy a planet or a universe for example.

It's situational, but normally, if a character who fights has a X creation feat, they will use their powers in a fight. For example, they may be able to tank hits from people with equal power to them, or they may survive physical hits from people who can harm those who survived their own AP. Or even more plainly, they may have hurt with physical strike someone who survived their magic (Physical strength scales to dura)
