How does Contract of the Forced Subordination work like ?

It was only used once. It's a hexaspell, meaning it requires six magic words. He casts a ball of magical energy that forms chains around the target. The chains then essentially force them to obey a certain set of commands that he can choose. They become part of his party, so as they get stronger and gain experience, so does he. And he can call upon said target and their resources to aid him at any time. I can provide some scans later when I have a bit more time. As well as, hopefully, a more thorough explanation.
