You can't kill Deadpool unless you have something that negates immortality or seal him away like how ninjas do it in Naruto to contain immortals like Edo Tensei/Reanimated Zombies and Tailed Beasts.

Or you could just vaporize him. It's not that hard. Heck, him standing in the dead center of a nuclear explosion would be enough to get past his regen.

Destroy him to a point in which he can't regenerate. His Regen is Mid-High (regenerate from ash, dust, smoke, or vapor), so, you just have to atomize him, scatter his mulecules and he can't come back.

But in all seriousness, many characters can get around Deadpool's regen. Atomization is sufficient as was stated above. Obv the silly stuff like high end Plot and Fate manip that work on all but a tiny minority of characters in fiction will also work against deadpool
