How do you become a member of staff?

So how many of u guys actually fulfill these requirements
  • Member must display intimate familiarity with the Standard Format pages. Member should have an eye for small details, including the specifics of formatting.
  • Member must have 1000+ edits cleaning up pages, including but not limited to:
    • Mark-up cleaning
    • Links clean-up (both internal or external)
    • Spacing, bolding, etc.
    • Adding/removing/correcting listed VS threads
  • Member should display decently high standard of English, including capitalization, spelling, and grammatical structure.
  • If cleaning up locked up profiles, member must display efficiency by ensuring revised profile is re-locked.
  • Member should be active for at least 6 months, with at least 3 months of frequent activity.

Why don't u share ur experience if I may ask
 
One cannot simply asked to be staff, people get checked and evaluated based on users consistently showing to have good sense of judgement and/or being genuinely helpful and reasonable at maintaining balance within the wiki and/or community. Any staff is also allowed to observe various users to see if they may qualify for various staff positions and what not though.
