How do we treat in-verse omniscient stuff

So if a character is knowledgeable on everything with in his universe shouldn't be be knowledgeable on the guy fighting him in vs matches too due to verse equalization or that they and their loved one's share same universe for that brief moment? Or it's just doesn't work like that for some reasons?

I do know we don't do it, but was just wondering if it's the right thing to do considering we almost equalise everything for the sake of fight and make them share same Universe to same earth if possible.

coz if spider man was omniscient for example, it would make no sense for him to be also omniscient in redo of healer verse

Not necessarily against it. But it conflicts with the idea about how we assume "concept manp" to work against verses who hasn't established or work with it. Basically concept doesn't exist for them but we still equalise it. Also if possible, similar supernatural aspects do gets equalised since omniscience is not really learning about someone, it's knowing about them for very reason that they're within area of influence in which characters omniscience works. I don't think they'd be in different Universes fighting each other.
