How do I make a content revision thread

I have created a page in my sandbox and now want to publish, how do I do this?

1. Go to post thread in top right corner of forum.
2. Click on "content revision"
3. Put the title and scans + justification.
4. Add necessary tags related to the topic u are posting and verse.
5. Post it.

You're supposed to be precise and on point with scans backing your claims.
