What exactly is the feat here? Is it melting the two people together? I'm not exactly sure how you would calculate that exactly, but I'm assuming it would be 9-B ish

The part where the flesh fused together
Assuming you want to just calculate the energy needed for the skin to melt. You can find info on melting calcs on the calculation page, but it's basically the specific heat of the material, times its mass, times the change in temperature. If it's changing phase as well (such as when melting or vaporizing), you also include the heat of fusion or vaporization which is the amount energy needed to change the phase of the material fully.

Again though, considering it's only 2 people seemingly slightly melting together, it doesn't seem like much.
