I was trying to make a calc for a long time, but I went nowhere as I don't know how to finish one. I used different concepts that made no sense, and based on DC concepts on the pictures, It is definetely NOT Wall Level. Because of this, I decided Whatever Waldstein's Max power of his Katastrophe Infinite Worth EXS will be the same as Chartette's Terra Break Finish Skill as they have similar destructive force (Chartette's said move apparently is only strong due to Earth Manipulation Magic.) as each other. I really need help on this; I dunno if this is inaccurate info, but I'm desperate now to the point where Chartette is optional based on what I said. If anyone can make an accurate estimate on Waldstein's Power Levels, that'll be good enough as I can scale his power for Chartette's.
