I want a crossover between 3 characters I made:
The first is Multi-Solar System level with Massively FTL speed, but Infinite speed when using time manipulation, as well as all of Superman's powers and the Infinity Gauntlet powers (minus the snap).
The second is City level with equal speed to the first, superhuman physical characteristics, flight, and mind manipulation.
The third is as fast as the others, but Country level, with superhuman physical characteristics and electricity manipulation and energy absorption.
How do I balance these three characters?
