How Could A Reality Warper Escape This?

Let's assume a skilled Time Manipulator(TM) decides to mess with a Reality Warper(RW) not too out of their reach. They rewire the time structure in a way that whenever the RW intended to use their powers, they would immediately rewind back to their old self before they considered altering reality. So, every time RW tried to use their powers, they would just forget their intentions like nothing had happened. How do you think RW can counter this?

Note: RW is obviously not 1-A, they are still affected by time.
