In fiction, "time" has it's own levels system, one can transended the time of his dimension level, but still bound by a higher level of time.

Hell, in this wiki, we even have character like Tenma Yato that can stop time at 1-A degree and his time stop is so strong that even the places that doesnt even have concept of time is stopped.

then this constradicts dimensional systems...if so how can we rely on them???because by this logic someone that has been stated to transcend time and doesn't have any low end feats of experiencing speed or time like living tribunal had should automatically beat living tribunal
