to bring some stuff in, dracula straight up is only in a few episodes.
he leaves in the first episode due to some Vampire Council stuff, and comes back in episode 26 for Mavis' Fangceanera
His sister pretty much takes his place as manager of the hotel while he's gone

honestly idrk how to tell the difference between like extraordinary genius n genius but ik gru from despicable me has that for making similar stuff like freeze rays or smth so the monsterfication ray should work imo
