Hot Anime Girl vs Anime Tentacle Monster

Ok so Tentacruel resists most of her powers besides Lighting (does she often use that.?) and melee but if she uses the Lightning she will likely win. She also can increase her speed and is likely hard to hit do to her clones and shapeshifting so I am leaning towards Mei.
