Well... are Dream Bubbles really beyond Genesis Frogs? They exist outside of them, but that doesn't necessarily mean they exist Beyond them from a tiering perspective, right? Apologies if I'm getting this wrong.

You could make an argument that Dream Bubbles don't have to be, but the Horrorterrors that make them should be. Dream Bubbles are literally just fictional shields they dreamed up to distract Lord English from killing them. IIRC, they're about as real to them as a dream is to us.
