Scepters are technology created by Rubert II, the Pathstrider of Erudition, and are "poor imitations" of Nous for the unworthy scepters like the Emperor's sword. Scepter δ-me13, the first scepter, is directly part of Nous and destroyed the universe (1-B feat). The Emperor's sword, an "unworthy" scepter, can annihilate an entire galaxy as the worthy scepters are able to destroy half of the universe (1-B) — All the scepters have this description btw. Asdana is referred to as both a galaxy and star system, millions of light-years in size (conservatively 2+ million light-years). It fought Scepter δ-me13 alongside four other star systems so it should be safe to use the size of Asdana when galaxies are mentioned because the size of four other star systems should be relative. Star systems range from 10,000 (Part IV) to 100,000 or millions of light-years. Acheron's attack on Aventurine affected the entire Asdana galaxy. Jing Yuan and Imbibitor Lunae combined can do the same against Sunday whose Harmonious Choir is able to span the Dreamscape. Demigods as in those who passed the trials to withhold their respective Coreflames are scaled to be on the same level of a Titan.
Emanators should be at least 3-B, superior to Pathstriders and the Emperor's sword. Cornerstones operate at one-tenth Emanator power. Emanators scale to 29.3626771 RonnaFOE whilst Cornerstones is on the same level as Emperor's sword albeit far superior.
Nikador is interesting because it was established that the Titans and Chrysos Heirs mirror the Aeons with Pathstriders. When we fought Weakened Nikador, it was at one-tenth of its power. When fully completed, the latter (Titan) is at full power. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Titans are of the Emanator level, albeit weaker than an actual Emanator. The Chrysos Heirs fought Lycurgus in the middle of 3.5. We are shown that Trailblazer and Hysilens (Demigod) are comparable to Theoros, an Emanator of Erudition.
Whilst Emanators and Titans have the same statistics value since Weakened Nikador is 1/10 of its powers, it should be established that Emanators are way more superior than the Titans due to multiple factors with one of them stemming from Emanators being blessed by their respective Aeons and so on.

The reason why the Emperor's sword feat is scaled to Emanators other than them being superior to Pathstriders are simply because they're capable of fighting Incompleted Irontomb which is massively way superior than both Rubert I or Rubert II as it technically "succeeded".
Also it's mainly because having the Pathstriders as 3-C+ whilst Emanators are 3-B through multipliers would be confusing most of the time given there are Pathstriders or mortals who are comparable to Emanators physically as I'm sure it wouldn't make sense to use the size of the Milky Way galaxy (third smallest galaxy) in the first place when various star systems in Honkai: Star Rail are comparable, if not larger and these various star systems are small ones.

Basically, Nous would get Causality, Fate and Space-Time Manipulation through its Instants as the Instants are able to guide the universe and mortals themselves (relating to Fate), it made the causality in Amphoreus dissapear and Space-Time Manipulation since it only makes a singular future possible
The Herta manages to hijack Irontomb's self-coronation to Nous by binding her own body to a scepter and stare directly at an Aeon, staring at Nous itself is Madness Manipulation (Type 3) so The Herta should get Enhanced Hacking with Resistance to Madness Manipulation (Type 3)
