I'm not sure if i'm getting where Vishnu is on the 2-A scale. He is superior to a guy who is comparable to a guy who is weaker than a baseline.

So baseline 2-A I guess? How good is his mind resistance?
 
Refresh my memory. How good is homura's mind hax, and what kept here battle from Kagutsuchi from being a stomp by mind manip?
