This was already brought up in the previous thread to which I say:
"Insane, psychopathic, immature and prone to temper tantrums. Is extremely overconfident to the point of believing nothing can harm him and will even allow things to hit him due to that overconfidence."
Also, Sportacus has actually competed with opponents as strong as himself before and won unlike Homie.

He used to be 7-B but then the feat was deemed an outlier.

Outlier is crazy when nothing contradicts it lol. Bro does impossible things all the time, he's literally lifting a pyramid and stopping a zeppelin. (Those are lifting strength feats, but are still in that crazy ballpark that supports his AP being higher)
