I don't think Saitama can counter Homelander's sound manipulation, though he can probably power through having ruptured eardrums. I'm still not sure what Saitama can do, as Homelander can just fly.

I’m pretty sure Homelander’s sound manipulation is ooc, but as mentioned earlier I don’t see how Saitama can counter Gnomelander’s Flight, LS, and Heat Vision, the latter he definitely uses on a daily basis

From what I can tell, weak Omni-Man outranges with his heat vision and flight, and seemingly has a pretty big LS advantage. Don't see much counters Training Saitama has against that. Voting Homelander

If Saitama can't counter him then it's victory for homelander and I didn't see his version is strong enough to destroy him
