Hmm, DIO is listed to have superior AP but Homelander has not shown his full power yet.
Honestly, the heat vision alone makes me want to vote for him. He can just keep burning away until there's nothing left.

We haven't seen the extent of Homelander's durability so there's no way to tell if Dio will be able to pierce his flesh with either a strike or his space-ripper stingy eyes. I say we have to wait and see because Homelander has only been seen to be able to tank an explosion. Not sure how that scales to Dio's "Vampire Essence" lazer vision.
