Hi all new here so here's my list take it as you will.

1. Naruto

2. Hashirama

3. Hiruzen

4. Minato

5. Tobirama

6. Tsunade

7. Kakashi

Reasons for some rankings Hiruzen in his primes is "supposively" stronger than Hashirama and if he was 10 years younger he would have slaughtered Orochimaru. Plus he was the strongest of the Gokage in his old age aginst a guy who had full control of the 3 tails a guy as fast as lightning someone who could control gold dust and another old man who could vaporize people.

Minato is faster than Tobirama both are smart in an edge Tobirama probably has more stamina and power because of his senju liniage other than that they are both good with seals.

As for the last ones Kakashi with out his sharingan loses the ability to use his raikiri properly but is still a threat with the way he thinks and fought none stop through the war on the front lines showing his power but if Tsunade with her healing and super strength gets a hold of him well...

the only thing ill say is minato was doing better vs kurama then hiruzen and hiruzen with the aid of anbu were even saying lets just stall until minato gets here, thats why i have minato> hiruzen

The only thing Hokage Kakashi has is purple lightning and that shouldn't put him above Tsunade (also w/o counting his use of the sharingan kakashi has only used 2 elemental natures: Earth and Lightning) also Minato ties with Kurama and Yellow Mask Obito together, while Hiruzen is supposedly stronger than Onoki, who tanked Tengai Shinsei to the face
