As we know, at Kaguya's arc Kakashi attained SOSP chakra and DMS and he was able to keep up with Kaguya. SOSP chakra enhanced his speed, BUT sharingan only increases reaction time, not speed. As we know, SOSP chakra remains in the body of shinobi. Therefore Hokage Kakashi should be FTL, why he should be slower than himself ?
