Round 2 is an AP stomp in Mother Brai's favour so skip that per VSBW rules.

For Round 1, Ho-Oh scales to Lugia who flaps wings at 11.46 teratons TNT. Baseline AP and durability for Mother Brain Contained is 7 Teratons TNT. Ho-Oh flies in circles and can kite MB into explosion.

As battle takes place in a large open field, Ho-oh can just survive MB's explosion by flying away and by being carried away by Mother Brain's self-destruction blasts and with itself being resistant against fire damage. It may wish to use flying type attacks to push itself away further. And it can recover from wounds thanks to its own feathers and recovery abilities.

Ho-Oh wins by better AP and skill/movesets.

Turkey FRA. While MB's mindhax is a problem, I don't recall her spamming it in a 1v1. Ho-oh's casual attacks would break through the shields, let alone Sacred Fire.
