Higher Dimensions

So hypothetically let’s say that a character is higher dimensional, but doesn’t reach the standards for the tiering system.

ie a character is fifth-dimensional, but isn’t transcendent over the lower fourth dimension.

What would be given in terms of abilities or possibly size?

Higher Dimensions that do not meet the Wiki's standards do indeed give nothing that the source doesn't attribute them.
