Yeah but I can reply from what I know since sandman explained it some time ago.
The levianthans each contains stories without a top or bottom inside of themselves with each layer seeing the lower one's as fiction.
And the levianthans transends one another with each levianthan consuming the last or something like that till you reach the current levianthan.
I might be wrong but ask antvasima or sandman they are the one's who made it.
