How exactly do we treat tier 2+ creation feats? Regarding the recent CRT on creation feats, i'm not sure.

How do we treat the stats of someone who has a tier 2 or higher creation feat? If there's evidence that they can use said power to amp things' physicals, would we say their physicals scale to their creation?

Generally we do. Though there are some exceptions here and there.

You need feats of physical power that correlate with the tier of the creation feat in order to argue that they scale now, simply using the same energy source is no longer enough due to the creation feats standards revision
