High speed Newtonian and relativistic kinetic energy feats

We have our rules in this page that the relativistic kinetic energy diverges towards infinity for speeds approaching the speed of light. So to not get inflated extremely high results:

  1. Kinetic energy calculated for faster than light objects, or more precise for objects for which v299792458m/s, is not considered legitimate (because the kinetic energy of an object, using the correct physical description through relativistic mechanics, would require infinite energy to reach the speed of light, and for objects above the speed of light the equations wouldn't return real values)
  2. The relativistic kinetic energy value is only accepted up to 4 times the Newtonian value.
    1. An exception to this rule would be if a specific value is explicitly stated: For example, Flash (Wally West) (Post-Crisis) hitting with the force of a white dwarf star.
  3. Kinetic Energy based on Movement Speed is case by case: Fiction often treats the speed with which a character can move himself as unrelated to their attack power. As such feats like just running or carrying a small object, like another character, should only be used if the fiction has made clear that the speed of the movement correlates to the character's power or if the character uses the fast moving object to attack.
    1. Calculating the energy necessary for moving large structures at great speeds, using the speed things move as a secondary effect of an attack, throwing objects at great speeds etc. are all acceptable methods of quantifying a characters power regardless.
(One may recap the relativistic kinetic energy model here)

1.) Now here is the case:

  • Character A throws a heavy spear at transonic speed, whose KE can be calculated as a legit feat.
  • Character B throws the same heavy spear at 1% c
  • Character C throws the same heavy spear at 10% c
  • Character D throws the same spear at 93% c
  • Character E throws the same spear at FTL speed
While it is understood that E > D > C > B > A in AP, how should one tier and benchmark the characters?

(Assuming the spear throwing feats are the only feats showcased in a verse)

2.) When we shall start using the relativistic KE model?

3.) Assuming no other AP/durability feats available, could the figure of ~93% c (which should cap the relativistic KE at 4 x Newtonian KE with the same variables) be plugged in instead?
This will result in the AP of a thrown object at any speed faster than 93% c be capped at relativistic KE as if they are thrown at 93% c.

4.) How heavy/lethal the object (e.g. a spear or a boulder or a car or anything else) needs to be for the Newtonian and relativistic KE model to even apply?

1. No idea about the scaling, I'm too dumb for that shit.

2. When relativistic mass is explicitly stated to be obtained like in the case of Flash

3. Depends on the situation and context

4. At least the size and weight of a big statue and above methinks. At least above several hundreds of kilos to start

Although let me make a hypothetical (but not likely) scenario:

John, Mary and Peter are competing two can throw a spear the hardest. John throws it at 50% SoL, Mary 99% SoL and Peter 1.2c, and everyone cheers and say Peter wins. They I think you can upscale Peter from Mary, but just say "Stronger than Mary" or something like that.
