There are two are none Masked can think of off the top of their head
Characters like Joshua van Radcliffe from Yin Tian Shen Yin (Just remembered that Yin Tian Shen Yin is High 1-A+)
Characters like Hulk from Marvel Comics, who get hax potency from The One Above All (2 layers of High 1-A)
(Note: Hulk might be the only character like that, but Marvel Comics is a massive franchise, and Masked might be forgetting someone)

Think Homestuck might have had a character like that, but
The downgrades happened

There are plenty of 1-A Characters with smurf abilities; however, Baseline High 1-A is actually rarer than Above Baseline High 1-A.

Yeah there's been a lot of changes to tiering, and Masked is a little behind.
The only characters Masked can think of now are still some from Marvel Comics, since Abstracts are 1-A and have 1-A+ Immortality.
The main problem is that Masked doesn't remember who scales to baseline 1-A+ and who scales to 1 layer of 1-A+.
Maybe none of them do.
