If a character that have High Godly regeneration because of Concept Destruction type 3(let's call him A), can a character that have Concept Destruction type 2(let's call him B)negate his regeneration?

note that A doesn't resist Concept Destruction type 2, he got High Goldy regen because Concept Destruction type 3 destroy his concepts and he still regenerate.

i would say they would still be able to regen even through the type 2, but i'd rather wait for other people's opinions cause i could be wrong

Probably not. A type 3 concept is bound to its instances. So if the concept of a character type 3 is destroyed, so is the character, but if the character restores itself so will the concept, by itself.
The same isn't true for type 2. If the character tried this with a type 2 concept the lack of any showing of the ability to restore its type 2 concept directly (as opposed to a "domino effect" restoring it like in the type 3 case) would at best get it stuck in a continuous loop of attempting to regenerate and instantly getting denied due to the continued lack of a concept.

so the A will be like, regen and destroyed again, regen and destroyed again, regen and destroyed again, regen and destroyed again, regen and destroyed again, regen and destroyed again......?

HGR would still regenerate ,HGR is the state where you able to regenerate from your fundamental aspect aka concept/information get destroyed

Either CM2 and CM3 is literally the same concept manipulation with CM2 being superior than CM3

but it's nothing more than a concept manipulation

same logic goes with NEP2 by type 3 and NEP2 by type 2

it's still the same concept manipulation with some noticeable difference

even tho you negate "A-kun" type 3 concept with CM2 ,"A" kun wouldn't needs type 2 Concept for his existence to being able to regenerate again ,he can simply regenerate his Type 3 concept again like new, unless the type 2 character has the ability to keep his ability always activated when "A-kun" trying to regenerate his concept
