if a guy can regen from their concept being destroyed, can they also regen from their info being destroyed?

No, this kind of thing was discussed in a staff thread long ago. High-Godly is also restricted by feat, regen from concept destruction alone doesn't allow you to regen from other fundamental destruction level, same with other types, such as regen from Info destruction alone or regen from narrative destruction alone will not allow you to regen from other type of fundamental destruction. There is a reason why High-Godly part in Regeneration page told you to specific what type of fundamental you regen from
