Doomsday wins. At least his matches go somewhere.

Can HE eventually just BFR Doomsday? I feel like both wouldn't kill each other because Doomsday has probably survived anything HE can put against him and Doomsday won't immediately beat the regen.

HE has Matter Manipulation, Soul Manipulation (though the soul haxs seems flowerly), Biological Manipulation, and BFR, which Doomsday doesn't resist. So he could try to hax Doomsday. Though, Doomsday does have the AP edge here iirc so

Can he adapt to Soul haxs? BFR? Matter Manipulation? Hell, High Evolutionary has prep and would litteraly be aware of that

Considering he has prep, so he knows Doomsday is stronger then him and he knows that he can't physically kill Doomsday, their is a good chance

Doomsday isn't stupid, himself. If he knows that his opponent can potentially kill him, then he could ambush him, or something (he's surprisingly stealthy, being able to stow away on advanced spaceships).
